JOB DESCRIPTION
I. JOB DETAILS
Job Title Assistant Manager
Reporting Supervisor Senior Manager (F & A)
II. JOB PURPOSE
To prepare MIS and analysis of data, which can maximize revenue & minimize cost.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities □ To demonstrate ability and skill in handling financial analysis, Data Interpretation
and presentation.
□ To assist in ensuring timely preparation of budgets.
□ To ensure Department wise revenue & Cost reporting.
□ To present analysis of actual expenditure against budgets.
□ To ensure marginal costing of products and tracking of cost.
□ To administer Business Analysis to identify any criticalities.
□ To supervise preparation of monthly MBR and P & L A/c for MIS.
□ To timely provide all MIS/Analysis to Unit Head and meet Head office data
requirements.
□ To develop the team capability by upgrading their skill sets.
□ To ensure timely and accurate reporting of MIS and assist in budgeting
exercise with value proposition.
□ To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
□ To have complete orientation of HIS, SUN and DRISHTI system of Hospital.
□ To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP)
of the hospital.
□ To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues
& policies of the respective area.
□ To comply with patient safety policy.
□ To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverables □ Timely and accurate MIS generation.
□ To assist Unit Finance Head & Unit Head to budget costs and navigating
business.V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications CA/CWA/MBA
Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.

□ Collation and compilation of Data from various sources
□ Sound in Costing
