Core Responsibilities – †To dispense prescriptions accurately and promptly.
†To actively participate in the creation of the Pharmacy formulary
†Prevention of Stock Outs.
• Coordination will Clinician and Central Pharmacy Team
• To process Billing of dispensed items for inpatient and outpatients.
• Managing the manpower with shift roster.
• Ensuring Growth & Engagement of the employees.
• To implement the SOP’s.
• To provide drug information to patients and other healthcare
Professionals.
• To ensure proper storage and record keeping of drugs.
• To maintain up to date knowledge about all drugs and medical supplies.
• To review and monitor patient profiles of orders, cost effectiveness of drugs
and intervenes appropriately.
• To play an active role in ensuring proper inventory control systems
including, control and monitoring of stocks, introduction of new items,
removal of non moving and expired stock.
• To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
• To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
• To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme
(DMP) of the hospital.
• To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational
issues & policies of the respective area.
• To comply with patient safety policy.
• To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system
IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSMeasurable Deliverables

• Accurate information to patients about drugs - their dosage and precautions.
• Accuracy in invoicing/billing.
• Timely and accurate fill of drugs.
• Active participation in Inventory Management.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications

• B. Pharma / D.Pharma

Experience

• 5+ years experience

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of computers.
• Inventory management
• Process oriented
• Good knowledge of drugs /Brands

Behavioural Skills• An inquiring approach towards patient care.
• Team Player
• Proactive

Language Skills

• English
• Hindi
