HR Executive (L & D and Employee Engagement)

Role & responsibilities

• Assisting in planning and executing Learning & Development programs for hospital staff.
• Organizing training sessions, workshops, and development activities.
• Supporting employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture and satisfaction.
• Maintaining training records and providing reports on program effectiveness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and employee well-being initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically in Learning & Development and Employee Engagement, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
• A passion for fostering employee growth and creating a positive work environment.
