Position Purpose

We are seeking a motivated Talent Management and Employee Engagement Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience to support our HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and optimizing talent management strategies. This role will focus on fostering a positive workplace culture, developing engagement programs, and facilitating employee growth and retention.

Talent Management:

• Proactively identifying short term talent issues before they will impact the business
• Assist in talent programs - high-potential development interventions, executive coaching, competency frameworks, assessment methodologies, culture and change management, employee engagement and other leadership and functional development initiatives.
• Assist in leadership development interventions including Mentoring, Coaching, Training programs, IDP Creation, Personal Conference.

Training Needs Assessment:

• Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
• Identify training and development needs through employee assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate learning opportunities, workshops, and training sessions that align with employee growth.
• Assess training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Experience in a training and development role.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training methodologies.

Engagement Strategy Development:

• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement calendar.
• Experience in program development and event planning.
• Knowledge of current trends in employee engagement and organizational culture.

Operational

• Concerning HR initiatives, buying-in of the line management and updating it on progress
• Execute HR Projects like Digitalization, employee diversity and Global benchmarking of various frameworks
• Employee wellness programs
• Training content management & data update on LMS.

Financial

• Monitor and track all training-related expenditures.

People

• Support talent management focused initiatives such as Personnel Conference sessions, cultural transformation, etc.
• Overall Talent Identification and Development including the design and tracking of IDPs
• Supporting the career planning activity
• Learning & Development Assess, Design, Deliver and Evaluate. Contribute to the CreAgro Academy project.
• Supporting HR leader in facilitating organizational changes
• Assist in driving employee engagement processes
• Partnering managers to improve the performance of their Departments by recognising what drives and motivates their people, and ensuring maximization of performance at all levels
