Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager - Legal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation management, legal drafting, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal advisory. Key Responsibilities:

Litigation Management:

• Oversee and manage a high-volume litigation portfolio, ensuring timely and strategic resolutions.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external counsels, senior advocates, and internal teams for case preparation and representation.

Drafting and Documentation:

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, including contracts, lease deeds, powers of attorney, and medical service agreements.
• Prepare legal notices, demand cum recovery notices, responses to statutory authorities, and court submissions.

Compliance and Advisory:

• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide legal guidance on medico-legal issues, transplantation cases, and statutory obligations.
• Liaise with police, government agencies, and statutory bodies for legal and compliance matters.

Contract Management:

• Draft, negotiate, and manage vendor agreements, healthcare facility agreements, and international service contracts.
• Perform property due diligence and ensure the accuracy of legal documentation.

Court Representation:

• Represent the organization in High Courts, District Courts, and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
• Lead evidence, present arguments, and defend cases in legal proceedings.

Regulatory Support:

• Address compliance issues with statutory bodies such as the Delhi Medical Council, DGHS, and other regulatory entities.

Requirements:

Education:

• BBA.LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate legal teams or law firms.
• Prior experience handling medico-legal issues and healthcare-related legal matters (preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in managing MIS trackers, compliance tools (e.g., Complinity), and CLM tools.
• Strong expertise in litigation management, legal drafting, and regulatory compliance.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to high-stakes litigation, including NCDRC and Supreme Court cases.
• Experience with medical negligence cases and compliance under the Transplantation of Human Organs Act.
