- Able to read the drawings & Engineering specifications and tolerances.
- Good understanding of Basic Engineering and working processs as to impart technical guidance to Contractors for completing the Job in schedule at lowest cost and highest quality.
- Well versed with calculations of reinforcement details, RCC details, sectional drawings. Should be able to take measurements, calculate and establish the quantities associated cost for billing.
- Well versed with Environment, Heath and Safety standards.
- Supervising the Construction activities as per the drawings and Project plan. Should able to possess interpersonal skills for better coordination among various departments for smooth progression of the Project.
