Manager Planning and Costing (Residential)

• Experience: 8-12 years of experience
• Qualification- M.Tech./B.Tech./ B.E. in Civil Engineering. Preferrable from NICMAR.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and costing activities for residential real estate projects, including budgeting, cost estimation, and project scheduling.
• Supervise a team to ensure accurate cost analysis, adherence to budgets, and timely project completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project plans, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Play a pivotal role in enhancing project efficiency and profitability while maintaining quality standards in the real estate company.
