Job Description
- Graduate Civil Engineer: 4+ years
- Diploma Civil Engineer: 7+ years
- Develop procurement schedules and vendor databases for contractors and suppliers.
- Draft RFQs/RFPs and review purchase requisitions.
- Perform estimation, rate analysis, value engineering, and market benchmarking.
- Manage vendor prequalification and bid processes, including technical and commercial evaluations.
- Issue purchase/work orders and draft contract agreements, including GCC, SCC, and addendums.
- Oversee bank guarantees, insurance, and import material processes.
- Handle GST, TDS/TCS, credit/debit notes, and variation claims.
- Generate MIS reports and ensure contract closure.
