Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 5 years of experience and be passionate about engaging customers and driving digital marketing efforts.

For Tele caller:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions.

• Effectively communicate product features and benefits.

• Record customer feedback and update customer databases.

• Achieve sales or conversion targets through persuasive communication and negotiation.

• Maintain customer relationships, offering timely follow-ups and support.
