Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) Banking Client

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office Only)

Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our team for a prominent banking client. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in handling voice support and can provide excellent customer service over calls. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding banking services and transactions.
• Maintain high standards of communication and customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction on each call.
• Accurately document call interactions and update customer records.
• Adapt to process changes, handle complex queries, and follow escalation protocols as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with voice support experience are encouraged to apply.
• Skillset: Versant 4 communication in ENGLISH proficiency required.
• Education: Graduates or Undergraduates can apply.
• Languages Required: Proficiency in any of the following language combinations:
• English, Hindi and Telugu
• Work Schedule: 6 days working, with rotational shifts and rotational days off.
• CTC: ₹13,000 ₹21,000 per month.
• Shift: Rotational, with flexibility required for different time slots.
