Job Description
Location: Mumbai, India
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the banking domain, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of online campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Analyze customer data, campaign performance, and ROI to optimize strategies and deliver actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital campaigns align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Provide strategic guidance on digital trends and best practices in the banking industry.
Drive conversion through various digital touchpoints, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
Manage and track budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Provide regular reports and performance analysis to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the banking/financial services sector preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, and social media platforms.
Proven ability to develop and execute effective digital campaigns and strategies.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of the banking sector, its customers, and their digital behavior.
Experience with customer segmentation and personalized digital marketing strategies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
Familiarity with compliance and regulations related to digital marketing in the banking sector.
