HR cum Production Manager - Immediate hiring

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR cum Production Manager with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is a unique blend of managing human resources, overseeing production processes, and taking charge of the hiring process for our growing workforce.

HR Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Maintain accurate employee attendance records and ensure compliance.

• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Production Management Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production processes to ensure timelines are met.
• Collaborate with team leaders to allocate resources effectively.
• Track work progress and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Analyze production metrics and generate detailed reports.
• Implement strategies for efficiency and quality improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and production management roles.
• Proven experience in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Proficiency in payroll systems, attendance management tools, and production tracking software.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
