Designation : Store Manager

Locations : Karnal, Ludhiana, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, Nawanshahr and Patiala.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

- Monitoring and driving sales performance, meeting targets, and identifying opportunities for growth.

- Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.

- Supervising and leading a team of sales associates, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and meet performance standards.

- Scheduling shifts, managing attendance, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback for development.

- Ensuring the store layout, displays, and signage are visually appealing and aligned with the brand's marketing strategy.

- Implementing seasonal and promotional displays to attract customers.

- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analyzing performance data.

- Managing budgets, handling store expenses, and ensuring profitability.
