Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and analyze market opportunities to expand our reach and customer base.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for our company and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Manage pricing strategies and ensure optimal profitability of commercial activities.
- Oversee sales forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective sales and account management strategies (if managing a team).
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, empowering them to achieve their targets and excel in their roles (if applicable).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Analyze commercial data and identify areas for improvement to continuously optimize strategies.
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to effectively communicate commercial value propositions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and support commercial objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a commercial management role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of commercial principles, including pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and revenue management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a team (if applicable).
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Experience in a similar industry is a plus (mention relevant industry if applicable)
