Job Summary :

Altimetrik is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Bangalore.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications.

You will work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

This role requires a strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, AWS cloud services, and modern frontend technologies like ReactJS.

Experience in the Insurance domain is highly valued.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related technologies.

- Implement business logic, data access, and integration with other systems.

- Develop and maintain user interfaces using ReactJS, Redux, Material-UI (MUI), JEST, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript libraries.

- Focus on creating a user-friendly and responsive experience.

- Design, develop, and deploy applications on AWS cloud platform.

- Utilize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS.

- Design and implement microservices architecture, ensuring proper communication, data consistency, and fault tolerance.

- Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is also valuable.

- Participate in system design and architecture discussions, contributing to the overall design of the application.

- Demonstrate strong hands-on coding skills, utilizing data structures and algorithms effectively.

- Apply design patterns to create maintainable and scalable code.

- Agile Development : Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Implement and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Utilize DevOps practices to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.

- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

- Collaborate effectively with other developers, testers, and business analysts.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

- Adhere to coding standards and best practices.

- Apply domain knowledge of the insurance industry to develop relevant and effective solutions.

- Experience with application migration is a plus.

Requirements :

Experience : 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Java full-stack development.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate.

- Expertise in frontend development using ReactJS, Redux, Material-UI (MUI), JEST, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript libraries.

- Experience with AWS cloud platform and related services.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of SOA principles.

- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
