Quality Engineer - Automation Testing (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop automated test scripts using Playwright for web and mobile web applications (MoWeb).

- Create and execute test plans and test cases for various payment functionalities.

- Utilize XCUITest and Espresso to write automated tests for iOS and Android apps (respectively).

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java for API testing.

- Track and deliver end-to-end testing for features, including functional testing and automation.

- Identify, document, and report software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g, JIRA).

- Collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools in the payments domain.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in automation and functional testing, specifically in the payments industry (a plus).

- Proficient in Playwright, Java 8, Git, and JIRA.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g, XCUITest, Espresso) for mobile applications (preferred).

- Familiarity with Saucelabs or similar cloud testing platforms (a plus).

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a focus on testing methodologies (e.g, Test Planning, Design, Execution).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
