Role & responsibilities:

Lead and manage the industrial engineering team to ensure effective and efficient project execution.

• Develop, implement, and monitor industrial engineering standards, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to optimize output.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Production, Quality Control) to align engineering solutions with organizational goals.
• Prepare and manage budgets for engineering projects, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all engineering activities.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Participate in training efforts for industrial engineering personnel.
