Hiring Non-IT Recruiter with Matrimony.com (Wed-Tech Company)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for non-IT roles
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics
• Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 1-4years of experience in recruitment, preferably for non-IT roles
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience using social media and other platforms for recruitment
