Education

Mandatory: Graduate from any stream

Desirable:

• Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills, Needs to be high on responsibility and ownership.
• Excellent English verbal communication skills enabling client expectation management.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.

Experience

• Should have been a Quality analyst for at least one year
• Experience in call center environment is a must.
• Experience on feedback and coaching techniques, ensuring improvement of the process through Quality tools on Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma.

Technical Competencies: (Job related)

• Basic knowledge on MS-Office

Soft Skills: (Job related)

• Good Oral and Written Communication skills in Marathi, English, hindi(Preferably any one additional language)
• Self motivated and a good people management skills
