Job Description
Qualification & Experience:
B. Tech (Chemical Engineering) with 18-20 years of experience in the Fertilizer & Chemical industry.

Job Responsibility:
- To lead the operations of the Urea plant and meet the production target within budgetary norms and as per the business plan.
- To ensure and maintain with world class HSE standards, monitor it to maintain zero accidents and handle IMS auditors smoothly.
- Plan budgeting, cost control, maintenance planning, Shutdowns, and turnarounds
- To liaise with equipment manufacturers, Vendors, OEM of Rotary equipment to ensure plant updating.
- Initiate and encourage improvements, innovation and ensure that they are safely implemented within the statutes.
- To coach and guide the team members continually to improve their capabilities for developing next line of leadership.
Skills:
Should possess good interpersonal, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skill.
