Role & responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination).
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Support onboarding for new employees.
• Handle employee queries and assist with HR-related documentation.
• Help manage attendance, leaves, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in HR or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR functions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
