Dynamics CRM Developer (5-7 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions with a strong focus on sales process automation.

- Design, implement, and deploy C# plugins to extend and enhance CRM functionality.

- Customize and enhance Dynamics CRM on-premise environments using JavaScript, ensuring seamless user experience and performance.

- Develop, and integrate Dynamics CRM solutions in hybrid environments, leveraging both on-premise and Microsoft Azure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Implement and maintain secure and scalable data integration solutions using SQL Server and Azure Data Services.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for CRM customizations, integrations, and plugins.

- Ensure high-quality CRM customizations by following best practices, code reviews, and performance optimizations.

- Provide support, training, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders to maximize CRM adoption and efficiency.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise and Azure-based solutions).

- Deep understanding of sales processes and their integration within Dynamics CRM.

- Proficiency in developing and optimizing C# plugins for Dynamics CRM.

- Strong experience in JavaScript for customizing Dynamics CRM forms, entities, and UI components.

- Expertise in SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

- Experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex CRM and integration issues.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
