JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Business Development Executive
Reports to: Business Development Manager
Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
 Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies to
increase brand awareness, market share, and customer acquisition.
 Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform
strategic decision-making.
 Oversee the creation and execution of both digital and traditional marketing
campaigns.
Market Research and Analysis:
 Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market
opportunities, and competitive advantages.
 Analyze data to gauge the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust
strategies accordingly.
Brand Management:
 Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and overall brand strategy.
 Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms and touchpoints,
ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
Product Marketing and Innovation:
 Collaborate with product development teams to create marketing strategies that
support product launches and growth.
 Manage go-to-market strategies for new products, including pricing, positioning,
and promotional strategies.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
 Develop relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive
marketing initiatives forward.
 Coordinate marketing efforts with external agencies and vendors as necessary.
Participate different events, trade shows etc to enhance brand visibility.

Required Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Marketing.
 Experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and social media
strategies.
 Demonstrated success in campaign management, market research, and brand
positioning.
Skills:
 Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation software, and CRM
platforms.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Flexible working hours, with occasional travel required for events or client
meetings.
