Job Purpose The person will be responsible for generating new business for Warehouses and Industrial Property Leasing.

Summary Department - Leasing and Business Development

Reports to - Senior Manager Leasing

Principle Accountabilities

> Speak to Personals, Ongoing Projects, Network, and Pitch the companys Brands and Services offered in order for Business Development.

> Attend Meetings at the offices and sites and take notes of everything that needs to be done.

> Proactively identify and engage potential tenants through market research and Calling thereby expanding our current client base.

> Track, identify and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline

> Monitor local and regional industrial real estate market news adapting leasing strategies in response to industry shifts and competitive landscapes.

> Assist in Preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development for responsible geographies.

> Make and give presentations to prospective clients and Management with help from Seniors.

> Regularly MIS report on leasing activities.

Person SpecificationsQualification & ExperienceEssential:

Trainee /Executive / AM - 0-4 Yrs of experience or Freshers with specialization in Marketing and Business Development

Skills & AbilitiesEssential:

• Post Graduate in Marketing / Business Development
• Fluency in English and regional language.
• Ode to gather knowledge of local and regional real estate market trends and competitors.
• Excellent Negotiations skills with Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
