Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients undergoing ophthalmological surgeries, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  
• Assist eye OT team during surgical procedures with anaesthesia administration, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a sterile environment.
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and treatment outcomes.
