Senior Specialist, Product Operations

Mastercard Cross-Border Services helps banks, digital partners and non-bank financial institutions modernize their cross-border payment to provide senders (entities and individuals) with faster, more transparent, and more secure payments through multiple channels and payout methods. Cross-Border Services specializes in payments for any purpose: business to business (B2B), P2P, P2B, B2P/B2C, G2P payments and a variety of payout options including bank accounts, mobile money accounts, consumer cards, and retail cash pick-up.

Role
Coordinate with different MA functions to solve problems and deliver solutions related to Network
Documentation of RSP functional specifications, which includes data field mapping, response code mapping, end-point guides, etc
Configuration of Mandatory field requirements
Implementation of routing rules
Setting RSP configurations
Troubleshooting distribution issues
UAT / Story acceptance
Strong knowledge on Payments via different channels including APIs and File processing.
Work closely with other members of Product Management-Technical team and share the knowledge base through trainings and clear documentation.
Participate to Cross-Border Services operational reviews, and address issues and improvements with Technology and Payment Operations.
Assist with Platform training to be provided to larger Product community

Strong Analytical/Problem solving skills
Autonomous and must be able to work independently in a very fast paced environment
Strong experience in decision making based on data sets and must participate towards process improvements
Must possess strong communication skills (oral and written). Demonstrate experience in challenging the product and technical communities when appropriate to build proper solutioning
Experience building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, partnering with, and influencing teams while maintaining the respect for the individuals
Demonstrate leadership in taking accountability, acting with a sense of urgency, and delivering plans with passion, ambition, and aptitude
Must exhibit good adaptability and motivation
4-8 years experience in the payments space.
