Urgent hiring For Business Lead- FPI Broking

Job Title: Head/ Business Leader Department: FPI broking and Derivatives Clearing

Location: Delhi/ Mumbai

Reporting To: MD/ Director in Charge

Key Responsibilities: • Business Strategy & Growth o Build and lead a team for setting up the clearing business with specific focus on derivatives clearing of domestic AIF, HNI, corporates and Foreign Portfolio Investors o Develop and execute the strategy for FPI broking and clearing operations to drive business growth. o Build relationships with foreign institutional clients, custodians, and regulatory authorities. o Lead the FPI derivatives broking business o Accountable for P&L of the vertical • Broking & Trade Execution o Ensure seamless execution of equity, derivatives, and other securities trades for FPI clients, domestic AIF and corporates o Build a team of sales, trading, and dealing teams to enhance client experience. o Ensure adherence to best execution practices and minimize market impact. • Clearing & Settlement o Oversee clearing and settlement processes for FPI trades, ensuring compliance with SEBI, RBI, and exchange guidelines. o Manage relationships with clearing corporations, custodians, and depository participants. o Ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades while mitigating risks. o Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and stock exchange regulations for FPI transactions. • Keep up to date with regulatory changes impacting FPI operations and implement necessary controls. • Foster a high-performance culture with a strong client focus. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery. • Work with internal compliance teams to maintain adherence to AML, KYC, and other relevant policies. • Technology & Process Optimization o Drive technology and automation initiatives for trade execution, reporting, and reconciliation. o Improve operational efficiency in clearing and settlement processes. o Ensure integration with market infrastructure and custodians for seamless transactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills: • Education: Post Graduate or professional qualification like CA or CFA •

Experience: 5+ years of experience in leadership role in derivatives clearing and or FPI broking • Proven track record of managing and growing institutional FPI relationships. • Ability to lead teams, drive strategy, and execute operational excellence
