Junior L&OD
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Learning and Organizational Development Specialist to join our HR team.
- This role will focus on enhancing employee performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and driving organizational effectiveness through targeted development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
- Design, develop, and implement training programs that address organizational needs and enhance employee skills.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions using various instructional techniques.
Organizational Development:
- Collaborate with leadership to create and implement organizational development strategies that align with business goals.
- Assist in the development and execution of change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
- Analyze and assess organizational culture and effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance management systems and processes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance feedback and employee development plans.
Talent Management:
- Assist in the identification and development of high-potential employees through succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Evaluation and Metrics:
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of L&OD programs and initiatives.
- Regularly evaluate training programs and make improvements based on feedback and assessment data.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of L&OD initiatives with organizational strategy.
- Communicate learning opportunities and programs to all employees effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and organizational development, training, or a related HR role.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant technology tools.
