Associate Specialist II

• Coordinate and handling various accounts payable activities of the finance department, check accuracy and completeness of accounts payable documents and transactions.
• Ensure the timely and efficient production of accounts payable services
• Co-ordination with Project teams, procurement departments and booking, accounting vendor invoices after checking, ensuring control on cross charge/customer funded expenses.
• Elementary knowledge of VAT, GST, USA W9 requirements
• Systematic record maintenance
• Review and verify contracts, invoices, statements, time sheets.
• Proven ability to recognize, analyze and resolve problems and to avoid repetition
• Monthly reinstatement of books of accounts
• Reconciliation of trade payables with vendors, accounting of TDS while booking invoices and cross charging to group companies.
• Preparation and maintenance of various schedules, variance analysis of expenses
• Attending Auditors, management requirements

Required Knowledge Skill and abilities

• B.Com / BAF with core subjects of Financial Management (Accounts, Audit, Costing accountant
• Demonstrated working knowledge of mainframe computer accounting systems like SAP
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimum of supervision, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Proven ability to communicate courteously and effectively in person, in writing and over the telephone.
• Flexibility in working hours and Working in teams.
