Senior Accounting Specialist

JOB TITLE: Senior Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Analyst / Senior Acctg Specialist

Job description:

• Review contracts and check whether invoices received from vendors are in line with respective Agreement in terms of cost rates.
• Tracking all the Accounts payable invoices and post them in financial force or Microsoft dynamics.
• Analyze the Aging of AP and run the payment schedules on stipulated dates.
• Interacting with US teams for approvals and interact with Vendors.
• Interacting with Employees for payments and employee reimbursements and take ownership of process.
• Should be well versed with US and India accounting.
• Able to do Bank Remittances and Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements
• Active participation in month close activities.
• Making provisions for Accounts Payables and also other Accruals during month end.
• Tracking invoices relates to Insurance, record and releasing payment on due dates and track prepaid expenses.
• Tracking intercompany invoices and posting them.
• Should be able to get Balance confirmation for all Intercompany transactions.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and Oral.
• Assist. Controller for any other activities
• Should be willing to work from 2 PM to 11 PM.
• Base location is Hyderabad.
