Senior Consultant - SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM)

Location PAN India

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Manage mid to large size consulting projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas where technology can drive improvements and efficiencies.
• Design, develop and execute solutions that align with the client's needs and objectives.
• Analyze industry trends and provide strategic insights to clients.
• Create detailed project plans outlining the scope, timeline, resources, and budget required to implement solutions successfully. Set realistic expectations and milestones for project progress.
• Provide knowledge transfer sessions for the client's staff to ensure they can effectively use and manage the implemented technologies.
• Advise clients on cybersecurity measures, data protection, and regulatory compliance requirements. Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance with relevant industry standards.
• Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provide recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, solution designs, configurations, and any modifications made.

EXPERIENCE:

• Must have experience in working in SAP S/4 HANA environment
• Business knowledge and process design skills in SAPPlant Maintenance
• Good familiarity with business processes relating to different sectors like Discreet manufacturing, Metals, Engineering and Steel etc.
• Configuration and customizing as per the best practice ofSAP Plant Maintenance.
• Configuration entire logistic master data:PM Materials, Assembly, Serial Number, BOM, Maintenance Task List, Measuring Point, Counters, PM Work Centers, and Maintenance Plans.
• Configuration of Breakdown Process, Corrective Maintenance Process, Performance Based Preventive Maintenance Process, Time Based Preventive Maintenance Process, Refurbishment Process, External Service Management Process, Calibration Process.
• Should have knowledge of RICEFW working knowledge on creation and the use of uploading tools like BDCs/LSMWs
• Business Process Integration with PP, MM, CO, FI.
• Interfacing with SAP third party systems
• Baseline understanding of full SAP ERP and related SAP software.
• Expertise in implementation project life-cycles including; blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support

EDUCATION:

• Required Bachelor Degree.
