Job Description
- Graduate with 10 to 15 years of experience in Wealth Operations
- Excellent Analytical skills

- Should have sound financial knowledge and reconciliation experience

- Good project management skills
- Manage Back-office processing of Trade Settlements and Corporate Actions for products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, Structured Products, International Equities
- Ensure Daily/Periodic Reconciliation of Cash and Holdings
- Ensure daily update of Prices/NAV
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of advises and statements to customers
- Ensure optimum service delivery by third party service providers including Custodians, Brokers and Fund Houses
- Partner with the Business to improve E2E process across all Products, Services and channels
- Identify suitable Fintech partners or third-party service providers in Wealth space and assist with the Business proposal to facilitate onboarding
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise to identify opportunities to introduce controls and eliminate risk in Operations
- Oversee day to day volume management based on approved capacity plan, so as to ensure that adequate resources are in place to deliver agreed process as per SLA
- Develop useful and timely MIS track, predict and monitor productivity and efficiency indicators
- Develop, review and refine local Policies relating to Products, Processes, Reconciliations and MIS
- Ensure proper management of Receivables and Reconciliation outstandings
- Implement and manage process reengineering initiatives with an objective of reducing cost and increasing efficiency through straight through processing, automations etc.
- Work effectively with the Relationship Managers in Wealth segments to understand client needs, any issue in terms of Service & Process
- Review and ensure that daily, weekly and monthly MIS, scorecards, capacity plans and KPIs are accurate and prepared in a timely manner. Assure that triggers are actioned to facilitate performance management of the unit
- Ensure all customer queries and complaints are handled on top priority and resolved to satisfaction of the customer
- Communicate and ensure proper execution of the defined operational and Business strategies, maximizing the productivity and effectiveness of technology and operations
- Work within the budget and being innovative towards cost saving initiatives by minimizing the cost, reducing buffer and meeting requirement of new migration plans
