Job Description
- To drive profitability and market penetration of existing products and provide support for development of new products related to FX
- To manage overall Business Banking Platform FX Business by working in conjunction with platform VRMs and campaign callers
- To implement product programs based on customer segment strategies and to coordinate with proposition team (specifically Platform proposition analyst) for effective product sales.
- Preferably a management graduate with 4-5 years relevant working experience in-depth knowledge of products, services delivery channels available for customers.
- Experience in Trade and FX products with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in this segment.
- Informed in market competition, industry practices and regulations for business banking
- Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills.
- To maintain close contact and relationship with respective portfolio of customers such that we remain one of their main banks getting a major share of their wallet.
- To support the Manager of FX Sales to develop differentiated sales and business development approach for different regions.
- To focus on product propositions across all FX and remittance Transactions and other propositions to maximize revenue contributions.
- To coach VRMs to enhance FX and remittance business generation opportunities.
- To do joint calling with VRMs / Campaign callers and understand the client need and advice them accordingly.
- To ensure optimum client calls are conducted on a weekly basis to maximize primary transaction banking sales.
- To proactively drive new-to-bank business to increase presence in the identified target segments.
- In conjunction with proposition proactively solicit / manage business within the risk reward parameters.
- Intra-organization liaison ensuring Service Delivery to clients
- To work closely with all product and channel partners from RBG so as to maximize opportunities provided through regular contacts, feedback, co-ordination and cross referrals.
- Meeting / exceeding annual revenue targets.
- Day to day focus on training, mentoring to meet sales needs and requirements
- Understand and analyze customer behavior / needs from market data and competition
- Guidance / Coaching of VRMs to reach out to target segment / trading areas.
