- Provide guidance and support to students regarding career opportunities and industry insights.

- Proven experience with Tally ERP software and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring in a formal or informal setting, particularly in accounting or finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
- Passionate about accounting and committed to helping students achieve their professional goals.
- Mastery of Tally ERP software, including data entry, inventory management, payroll, GST, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting concepts, financial statements, and bookkeeping.
- Ability to demonstrate and explain complex software functions and accounting principles in an accessible manner.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current accounting standards and regulations.
- Digital skills, including familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools, are a plus.
