- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India).
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership and team management skills.
