• Recruitment of quality team of Relationship officers
• Establishing & maintaining working relationship with developers
• To prepare & update data bank of developer sites regular basis
• Identify Affordable Housing & Commercial Sites for APF & Project Funding Appointment of APF & Referral at all the places
• Regular Training to all RO for Policy, process and business model
• Coordinating with local, regional and central credit team
• To follow credit policy & process Toachieve the target as decided from time to time
