We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Training Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions that align with business goals and address the needs of our target audience. This role requires expertise in instructional design methodologies, multimedia development, and the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create impactful training programs.

Job Specification (Knowledge, Skills & Ability {KSA})
Minimum Qualification
required to successfully deliver on the job
1. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a
related field.
2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
Technical Skills & Abilities required to be successful in the job
3. Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia).
4. Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM compliance.
5. Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
