What You Can Expect

• ECCN Classification: Experience in ECCN Classification, focusing on the technology sector.
• Export Compliance: Knowledge of customs and export compliance in India, familiarity with global trade compliance regulations, especially outside of India, with US re-export knowledge being a plus.
• Export Experience: Previous experience exporting controlled dual-use goods to and from India, APAC, and US re-export, particularly with Category 5 products.
• Regulatory Understanding: Understanding of regulations applicable to export licensing in SCOMET or DGFT, including authorizations required under India s DGFT and SCOMET regulations, and those required under the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• Order Holds: Reviewing and processing export order holds and ensuring import/export records accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills and fluency in English.
• Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Oracle GTM Application: Familiarity with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) application is a plus.

What Were Looking For

Education: Bachelors degree preferably in electronics/semiconductor and experience in ECCN Classification, Export Control.
