JOB RESPONSIBILITY
PROJECT MANAGEMENT STRENGTH & DURABILITY
TESTING
1. PROJECT PLANNING: DEVELOP COMPREHENSIVE
PROJECT PLANS, INCLUDING TIMELINES, MILESTONES.
2. TESTING MANAGEMENT: EXECUTION COORDINATION
FOR CONDUCTING TESTS
3. COMMUNICATION: FACILITATE EFFECTIVE
COMMUNICATION AMONG TEAM MEMBERS AND
STAKEHOLDERS VIZ. DESIGN/CAE TEAMS
4. CONDUCT EFFECTIVE ROOT CAUSE INVESTIGATION &
COUNTERMEASURE DEVELOPMENT
5. TEAM MANAGEMENT & IMPART TRAINING
COMPETENCY REQUIRMENTS
1. HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN FATIGUE DURABILITY
TESTING & ROAD LOAD DATA ACQUISITION
2. WELL VERSED WITH HYDRAULIC ACTUATORS, DATA
LOGGERS AND SENSORS LIKE STRAIN GAUGE,
ACCELEROMETER, WFT ETC.
3. WELL VERSED WITH DATA ANALYSIS SOFTWARE LIKE
GLYPHWORKS & EXTRACT MEANINGFUL INSIGHTS FROM
THE DATA TO AID DESIGN/CAE TEAMS
4. ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND COMPONENT
CHARACTERISTICS AND DRAWING, ABILITY TO OPERATE
UG SOFTWARE
5. STRONG FUNDAMENTALS AND HIGHER EXPERIENCE IN
RELATED FUNCTIONAL AREA (CAE / SUSPENSION
DESIGN/SHEET METAL /KNOWLEDGE OF MATERIALS)
6. EXPOSURE TO VEHICLE SIMULATION (OPTIONAL)
