1) PLANNING & EXECUTION OF DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT TEST REQUIREMENTS.
2) UNDERSTANDING THE LAB CRASH/SLED TESTING AND EXECUTION.

Competency Requirements :
1) EXPERIENCE IN
a. AWARENSS OF AIRBAG TESTING, SIMULATION USING SLED SYSTEM.
b. UNDERSTNADING OF VEHICLE LEVEL CRASH TESTING [FULL FRONTAL, OFFSET, SIDE AND NCAP]
2) AWARENESS ON REGAULATIONS RELATED TO CRASH TESTING, SLED TESTING.
TEAM PLAYER, GOOD ANALYTICAL/ PRESENTATION SKILLS & DECISION-MAKING SKILLS.
FUTURE PLANNING & CONCEPUALIZATION THINKING. SUBORDINATE DEVELOPMENT & MOTIVATIONAL SKILLS.
Specific Expertise :
OPENNESS TO LEARNING, CREATIVE, INNOVATIVE APPROACH, SHARING EXPERIENCE, SKILLFUL TRAINER & DISSEMINATE LEARNING IN RELATED FIELD TO GROUP
