Job Responsibilities

"The primary role of a Business Analyst is to act as an essential conduit between an organizations IT capabilities and its business goals. The core responsibilities include:

Grasping Business Requirements: Comprehending the specific needs and challenges faced by the business and its various departments.

Data Analysis: Gathering and scrutinizing data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the businesss operations.

Solution Formulation: Pinpointing and recommending strategies to resolve business issues and enhance performance.

Process Enhancement: Suggesting improvements to operational workflows, systems, and methodologies to boost efficiency.

Facilitating Communication: Ensuring a seamless flow of information between IT teams and business stakeholders to clarify needs and expected outcomes.

Aiding in Deployment: Assisting with the rollout of new systems or processes, including validation, training, and support during the transition.

Evaluating Results: Continuously assessing the effects of implemented changes and proposing further refinements for ongoing improvement.

Should be able to take complete ownership of the assigned project

Experience of working in Agile environments

Well versed with JIRA or equivalent project tracking tool"
