1. Develop and implement roadmaps for resource planning and allocation, considering current and future project demands
2. Allocate tasks among team members based on their skills, experience, and project needs.
3. Define daily targets and monitor individual and team performance to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
4. Stay updated with the latest digital technologies and industry best practices to lead the team in adopting innovative solutions
5. Managing a team of business analysts and overseeing their work.
6. Developing department standards, managing projects, training junior analysts, and serving as subject matter experts.
7. Leverage technology to help reduce manual tasks and continually improve on the requirement gathering as well as project documentation process.
8. Prepare periodic reports on project status, progress, risks, deadlines and resource requirments.
