• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (Blue collar Staffs) for various positions across multiple locations.
• Mainly recruitment on blue collar staffs
• Willing to travel for recruitment
• Induction, training and performance appraisal shoudl be take care
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality.
• Collaborate with outlet incharges to understand their requirements and provide them sufficient manpower
