Content Executive Web Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Content Executive for Web Content Publishing and Management for International Sector Specific Business News and Industry Websites and Online Platforms.

In this role you will lead our content uploading team and collaborate with writers, designers, and other stakeholders. Will also be responsible for Modifying, managing, and laying out the content on the website, Mapping the correct images and media files, Selecting the right sections and categories for the content, Defining titles and descriptions for the content, Shortlisting quality content for featured stories, Checking the content layout, etc., ensuring a seamless user experience.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail. You should be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in content management and a passion for digital media are essential.

Oversee the content uploading team, ensuring timely and accurate uploads of website content.
Modify and manage content layouts, ensuring they align with brand standards and user experience best practices.
Map images and media files to appropriate sections and categories, ensuring optimal placement and accessibility.
Define compelling titles and descriptions for all content to enhance visibility and engagement.
Shortlist high-quality content for featured stories, promoting key narratives and themes.
Check and review content layouts for consistency, accuracy, and overall presentation.
Collaborate with writers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive content delivery.
Stay updated on content management systems and best practices to continuously improve processes.
Conduct regular audits of the website content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
