We will count on you for:

Deliver rewards consulting projects across domains like job evaluation, grade structure design, comp philosophy, remuneration/benefits benchmarking, salary structure design etc. by working closely with country consultants Under moderate supervision analyze clients compensation data versus market utilizing excel modelling skills Support delivery of client project work through research, analysis, apply relevant methodologies, attend consultant/ client meetings and create reports and presentations Utilize secondary research techniques, proficiently gather and analyze data from diverse sources, conduct comprehensive reviews, and synthesize information to generate valuable insights that contribute to evidence-based decision making and recommendations for clients Develop and maintain good understanding of Mercer publication reports Ensure that project execution in line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards and ensuring high levels of internal and external client satisfaction Create process related SOPs with supervision from seniors Develop own capability through informal and formal learning opportunities Participate in internal projects to improve talent, quality, service delivery and internal efficiency / effectiveness

Education:

Non-MBA + 3-5 years of experience in Rewards domain or Quantitative data analysis

OR

MBA (HR) with 1-3 years of experience in Rewards or Quantitative data analysis

What you need to have:

• Knowledge of Rewards /HR domain concepts preferred
• Basic knowledge of Statistics
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Advance business communication skills including mail drafting, conference calls, etiquettes
• Client centric mindset
• Project management skills
• Well organized with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work with multi-cultural teams/ clients
• Good Team player
• Capability to think, articulate and write logically
• Experience of working independently with minimal supervision

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1-3 years experience overall
