Senior Manager, E-commerce and Certification Programs

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr Manager t to lead our E-commerce Sales, Education, and Community Programs. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing certification programs, managing multiple e-commerce stores to support personal branding and courses for kids, overseeing a team, and achieving key performance results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team and be responsible
• Business Plan and achieve goals per timeline
• Great project management and accountability and provide dashboard updates to the management
• Design and launch Kids Entrepreneurship and Marketing Automation certification programs.
• Manage multiple e-commerce stores to support personal branding and courses for kids.
• Establish partnerships with educational institutions and companies.
• Develop and publish educational content and conduct workshops/webinars.
• Increase community membership and engagement through events and activities.
• Achieve sales and revenue goals for certification programs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce sales, managing multiple online stores, education program development, and community management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Technically Savy
• LMS, ecoomerce experience is a MUST
• Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving key performance indicators.
