Markytics - Artificial Intelligence Role (2-8 yrs)

Role Description:

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Markytics.AI, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI and machine learning models that address real-world business challenges. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in researching cutting-edge techniques, building scalable AI solutions, and ensuring these solutions are effectively integrated into our clients' existing workflows and systems. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI Model Development: Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models to optimize processes in various domains like Collections, Customer Grievance Management, and Marketing.

- Data Analysis & Preparation: Work with large datasets from diverse industries, performing data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to ensure robust model development.

- Algorithm Selection & Experimentation: Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks. Experiment with new algorithms to enhance existing solutions.

- Deployment & Integration: Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy machine learning solutions into production environments and integrate them with existing systems.

- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track performance metrics of AI models and fine-tune them for maximum accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product managers, business analysts) to understand client requirements and deliver actionable AI-driven insights.

- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of model architecture, data pipelines, and deployment strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

- Proficiency in Python and related libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).

- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment.

- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Machine Learning Fundamentals: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex business challenges using advanced analytics and modeling techniques.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
