Senior Solution Architect (6-8 yrs)

Role Overview :

The Senior Solutions Architect will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact solutions that meet the complex business requirements of our clients. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and highly available solutions, while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of scalable and reliable systems that meet client needs and business objectives.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement enterprise-grade solutions.

- Design and implement solutions leveraging cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise technologies.

- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, pain points, and technical challenges to create tailored solutions.

- Lead discussions around architectural decisions, trade-offs, and solution designs to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team during the implementation phase of projects.

- Develop roadmaps for the implementation of complex systems and provide high-level strategic guidance for the organization and clients.

- Evaluate new technologies, platforms, and tools to ensure the adoption of modern, secure, and reliable solutions.

- Develop proof-of-concept solutions to validate designs before full-scale deployment.

- Work with development, infrastructure, product management, and security teams to ensure the solution is designed and delivered successfully.

- Provide guidance to developers on technical aspects of implementation and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans.

- Regularly report progress, challenges, and potential risks to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

- Establish and promote best practices for solution design and development.

- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality outcomes.

- Ensure security and compliance considerations are integrated into all architectural designs and implementations.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating and integrating them into solutions when applicable.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture methodologies and processes within the organization.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise solutions across different industries.

- In-depth experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.

- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Expertise in distributed systems, high-availability, scalability, and resilient architecture.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation tools, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and API management.

- Strong leadership abilities, with experience guiding teams and mentoring junior architects and developers.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to architect solutions that meet business objectives.

- Experience identifying and addressing architectural challenges, balancing cost, performance, and scalability.

- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

- TOGAF, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other architecture certifications.
