Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges. Act as a key advisor to clients, presenting findings and offering actionable strategies. Develop proposals and pitch presentations for new business opportunities. Research Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of quantitative research projects, from survey design to data analysis and reporting. Ensure the accuracy and relevance of data collected, applying advanced statistical techniques as needed. Manage large datasets, leveraging tools like SPSS, SAS, R, or Python for analysis. Team Development:
Mentor and train junior researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Promote collaboration within the team and across other departments.
