Data Scientist - Python (7-10 yrs)

Job Brief :

As a Python Data Science Engineer, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Python programming and data science techniques to extract insights from large datasets, build predictive models and develop data-driven solutions to address complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, prototype solutions and deploy production-ready data science applications.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging data science to drive value.

- Develop data exploration and analysis pipelines using Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy and Matplotlib to gain insights from structured and unstructured data.

- Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve classification, regression, clustering, and other data science problems on time series data.

- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and methodologies to analyse data, identify patterns and make actionable recommendations.

- Design and implement data preprocessing, feature engineering and transformation pipelines to prepare data for modelling.

- Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing and iterate on models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

- Develop scalable and maintainable codebase for data science projects, following best practices in software engineering and version control.

- Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data science models into production systems and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Communicate findings and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders through data visualization, reports, and presentations.

- Stay abreast of latest developments in data science, machine learning and related fields and apply cutting-edge techniques to solve business challenges.
